Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.
Receive Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed packaging instructions.
Schedule Pickup
Once authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your home.
Inspection and Refund
After the item arrives at our warehouse and passes a condition inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
